Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Services

Due to the nature of digital and creative services, refunds are not typically issued once a project or deliverable has been started or delivered.

However, we may consider partial refunds on a case-by-case basis if:

  • No significant work has begun.

  • There is a proven failure to deliver agreed services.


2. Subscription or Retainer Services

For ongoing services (e.g., social media, hosting, maintenance):

  • Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.

  • Refunds are not available for partial months or completed services.


3. Project Cancellation by Client

If you cancel a project mid-way:

  • You are responsible for the payment of all work completed up to the cancellation date.

  • Any prepaid deposit is non-refundable once work begins.


4. Project Cancellation by Rising Pharaoh

If we are unable to fulfill a project for reasons beyond our control, a full or partial refund will be issued as appropriate.
